Towson, Maryland – We are proud to share that Jean Benhoff, a dedicated member of the Secure the Vote Maryland team, was honored with the prestigious Chairman’s Award at the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee’s (BCRCC) annual Lincoln-Reagan Dinner held on July 24, 2025.

Jean was recognized for her exceptional leadership in spearheading a team of data analysts who meticulously examined Maryland’s voter registration rolls for deceased, duplicate, and moved voters. Her team’s findings have served as a catalyst for reforms and greater scrutiny within Maryland’s election management systems. Jean and many of her team members are also members of the Republican Women of Baltimore County.

The Lincoln-Reagan Dinner is one of the premier annual events for Baltimore County Republicans, drawing more than 150 attendees. BCRCC Chairman Patty Fallon presented the “Chairman’s 2025 Award for Service and Dedication to the Baltimore County Republican Party,” highlighting Jean’s unwavering commitment to election integrity.

This year’s keynote speaker was Senator Dave McCormick of Pennsylvania, a West Point graduate, former Deputy National Security Advisor under President George W. Bush, and a rising national leader. The evening was attended by several Maryland notables, including Ambassador Ellen Sauerbrey, Governor Bob Ehrlich and his wife Kendall, Maryland RNC Committee Chair Nicolee Ambrose, Parker Jensen—a high school senior and future U.S. Marine recently recognized for a powerful act of patriotism—and Louise Baker, President of the Republican Women of Baltimore County.

Although Jean was unable to attend the event in person—she learned of her award the following day while on vacation—she was overwhelmed by the outpouring of congratulations. “It was a total surprise,” Jean shared. “The honor truly belongs to the entire team. Their dedication and hard work made these results possible.”

In true celebration of American spirit and renewed optimism under the Trump Administration, attendees enjoyed America the Great sung by Nicolee Ambrose, God Bless the USA, Proud to Be an American, and the ever-popular Y.M.C.A. by the Village People.

Secure the Vote Maryland congratulates Jean and her team on this well-deserved recognition for their vital work protecting election accuracy in our state.
